Use of Solaro CRM

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Solaro CRM and related services provided by Solaro Technologies LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing authorized users and access within their organization.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the information you submit to Solaro CRM and for having the rights and permissions necessary to use that information. Solaro Technologies processes customer data to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Solaro CRM available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, improved or changed as the product evolves.
